There are no small parts—only small actors.

                            I am a small actor who often takes on small parts.

 

I love small parts. They awaken the storyteller in me—

​

                                                                                          And not just because I am playing "The Storyteller."

                           

                            I believe supporting roles are where an actor really grows.

​

We have fewer lines, less stage time, and an enormous responsibility to the life of a story line.

 

We get to invent our own backstories, deeper motivations.

 

We must work to be memorable, to not be seen as just “Old Woman” or "Messenger #2."

 

I may play small parts,

 

                          But I make a huge impression.
